Just to throw in a little wisdom about contemplation.
Something that is a key to obtaining a mentality that is firm and stable, I suggest that you start contemplating every aspect that you come across. This way you can see what is actually there to see without having a personal opinion about it.
Example: when you see a car that triggers the emotion of likeness, or the opposite, shove your opinions under the nearest carpet. Not that you shouldn’t have any preferences, but submit it to only the absolute fact. If the car is red, say that is red and say no more.
All these personal opinions are factors that cloud your mind with a million thoughts at once. By adjusting your mind towards contemplating you will end up having only one thought at a time for as long as you choose. This will boost your concentration ability tremendously and ease your mind from what ever that dis-eases it.
Some sentences that help me adjust my mind to contemplating is this: well actually it is only a concept of uttering the most obvious fact about any situation; it is as it is, or else it would be different; He/she is how he/she is or else he/she would be different; I make as much money as i make, or else i would make more or less; I eat what I eat, or else I would eat something else. I guess you get the picture.

This post is not going to be about conspiracies and “shit” like that. After i’ve written so much about it i started seeing it everywhere. It is like they say, seek and you will find. I don’t like the negativity surrounding the topic of Illuminati and similar. Now that I know that there are conspiracies in just about every aspect in this world, i don’t like it, but is this is what I focused on than this is what saw.
So if i’m going to become a positive person, i shouldn’t think about the negative areas in life. It is what it is, no matter what i would care to think about it.
To day i want to talk about meditation. Since i don’t know how this is going to end, i will not promise you a meditation-post but i can promise that i will try. It’s gonna turn or how it turns out and end how it ends
Meditation is, in my eyes, a very powerful tool to obtain peace in mind, soul and great health. There are countless methods to meditate and countless of goals to reach for. Many operate on them selves/others while they meditate, since when your in a trance you are actually out side of time/space, so what you do is limited to your imagination. I used to do this too. I used to talk to my organs that felt bad and help them to get better, people complained about healthproblems and asked me to take a look in them and see what i could do, I used to set acupuncture needles in an intuitive matter that actually helped those who needed it and asked for it. Some times i just had a goal of reaching insight and downloading great minds into my mind and let time unpack the mental zip-file.
the key yo actually doing anything with success, whether it is physical, psychological or spiritual, you have to know that it is happening and trust yourself, never lose hope and always remain true to your goal. If your thinking about doing any kinesis tricks, like move objects without touching, control fire/electricity/water, remote healing/viewing and so on, you have to believe that what you are seeing is the truth, and believe in you self. If you doubt the result or hoped result, you will not achieve anything. Well… of course if it is not meant and written in stone by a higher power that is.
As i said, you enter a state of no time and no space, so there is only your imagination that set your limits. You may frown upon this, but that is you loss

Now a days i don’t meditate with a goal, unless someone asks me a favor to do it. I do all i can to keep a calm mind, not that it is the hardest thing to do, but i like it. I sit down, fold my hand in a matter that represents Yin/Yang, where one palm is wrapped around the other fist with one thumb from the wrapping hand inside the locked fist and a thumb from the locked fist out side the wrapping hand, this gives a image of big yin and yang, with small yin and yang. When i have found a good position to sit in i focus only on my breath that i breath to behind my navel.
If you are one of those you struggle to keep one chosen though in you mind for as long as you choose, in other words; hard to concentrate, I really recommend meditating with no goal. By emptying your mind you let new information manifest a spot in your head. Not a bad kind of spot, but a reservation of the information you need to go on in the important aspects of life. This is what i think is meant by, “when you have accomplished emptiness you achieve it all”.
After i understood the importance of meditation, with the though on nothingness, I started thinking: how does this fit in everyday situations? I don’t know if you have experienced this, but when many people are on the toilet they come up with brilliant ideas. If you are one of those who do this, what do you think about when your on the toilet? I bet that you think to yourself: i don’t know. This may be because you did not think much and let pieces fall in to place by them selves. As a smoker i often ask myself, what is so calming about a cigarette? if you are like me, you take a cigg when you feel stressed, and like to take it alone. When you take a hit of a cigg, you often inhale deep and think as little as possible, this action actually slows down your heartbeat and stabilize your blood flow. it is also a meditation method to stress down.
This may be why so many people see cigarettes as their phsycologist, they actually empty their head and allows new information, often disguised as a solution to life problems, manifest in their mind.
While im on the subtopic of cigarettes, i feel i must share this information. do you remember the concept of five elements and their tastes? if not you can read some of the previous posts:

In a regular filter cigarette, you will find a spaced mixture of 4 of 5 tastes that stimulates and strengthen the following elements: Tree, Fire, Earth and Metal. The only one who is not taken in is water. By licking you cigarette so that it is moist, you get every 5 tastes of the 5 elements. This makes it a little less deadly to smoke. FYI BTW
Yes, it can actually help you overcome many health issues by smoking cigarettes. Isn’t life starting to resemble a life of a “Hogwarth” student? he he.
Given that it is only your imagination and confidence that limits your options and results.
I hope you enjoy meditating, if you don’t do it all that often or at all, i strongly recommend that you give it a try for at least 5 minutes a day for a while. You will feel different, guaranteed ;)
How can i say that this is a guarantee? Many of you have the thought pattern that not every thing is for all. Let me tell you what I have taught after studying acupuncture and Taoist philosophy. Every acupoint is the same on every human being. In the philosophy we are all light beings that operate on the same foundation (to read more on this light being topic, you can read about Tian on the following link: http://mtfyt.com/2011/11/21/what-can-not-be-without-the-other/). Since we are all the same in the matter of acupoints and light being we are all the same, the only thing that separates us is our interests. In the eye of a Taoist, your inner and true interests are what show you the path you should walk. By knowing this, I know that meditation is a great tool for anyone in any matter of situation.

To day im going to talk a little more about depression. For a short while ago i attended an incredible educational seminar in Spain, hosted with outstanding great doctors in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The topic for the whole seminar was Depression.
Some of the tips i picked up is what this post is about. Depression is becoming one of the most widespread sicknesses in the world. Some of the things that is so unfortunate about this disease is that it is hard for others to see. According to the numbers i heard; every 20 second a person commits suicide. Many millions of people every second, every day are deeply depressed, and what does most doctors of the west say? “Stop smoking, drinking, eating fat filled foods, stop doing drugs!” Take away all that makes a person happy, what can then make it joyful? Do not get me wrong. I love much of what the western doctors do and help with, but some moderation should more or less be in place. I have started smoking cigarettes again, but less then before. I have started drinking again, very little, some red wine every day (good for the heart; color = red, taste = often bitter) and I feel more stabil then for a long time, just by taking back a few small goods. But remember: MODERATION! To quote “Tao Te Ching” : There are too many rules to hold on to if all you do is to hold to your center.
Do not throw away the previous tips i’ve given i other posts. Find a way to balance up with what you need and prefer.
There are many symptoms that actually are visible in depression. If a person lacks creativity, laughs little, barley smiles, criticize many things, often looks like the face is hanging, is socially acward or not social at all, if the breath is long on inhale and very short and fast on exhale, that person is most likely depressed. There are other symptoms, nut i can not remember it all
If you know or see someone who fits in these symptoms, please go and give them a hug or do something nice for them. You will benefit great from doing this.
One of the many things that often triggers a depression is an ugly thing that is extremely contagious. Complaining! It sends out so much negativity that some day will strike you back in one way or the other. When a group of people, say 5 people, sits and talk, one of the persons complain about (for example) work, after a short while every one in the group has made a complaint. This may not seem like much, but after a while it is likely that more then half of that group will become depressed.
On the seminar in Spain everybody got a red bracelet to remind us that we should not complain. I strongly recommend that you do the same. If not a bracelet, than use something that you dedicate to just that which you carry at most times. “The Reminder of Positivity” is what I call this.
Next and last tips in this post is this; Breath with your stomach and not with your chest. Try it out for a few hours and try to notice any changes in the brain. When you breath with your chest you do not empty your body properly for Chi. You will often find that you are bottling up things this way. When you breath with your stomach you empty out the Chi you have inhaled and can take in new, without packing Chi upon Chi.
What happens if Chi is bottled up and not distributed correctly through the body? You manifest Chi blockages. That’s when you become sick in various ways.
So remember to keep your thought complaint free, and your Chi flowing. After a while, others can feel you are glowing.

As I said in the last post, “Yes, Sir!” I would reveal my methods of quitting with diverse habbits in a later post. Well, this is that later post:)
What I was addicted, or had a nac for using, was smoking Cigarettes and Marijuana. I had smoked cigarettes since I was 14, I think, and on and off from weed since 15. Well I also drank a lot, but stopped with that once I got more and more taken by highness. I also drank a Lot of coca cola and was eating unhealthy with a capitol U. Thats short told what I wass addicted and had habbits of doing.
I started doing a Qigong routine that was a series of 5 chinese signs; Water, Tree, Fire, Earth and Metal. For those of you who do not know what Qigong is – It is drawing chinese signs in the air with you arms in super slow motion. By doing these 5 signs, you balance Yin and Yang in your entire body and soul with whats important and with what default setting your body must have to complete your task on earth. I did this for a short week and discovered I had to stop smoking weed if I was to move on in life. I kept on doing Qigong, and I still do. It is anyways a great work out and meditation tool.
I had suddenly started thinking like this: How can one become positive while freely inserting negative factors into ones body? This thought put a lot of aspects in my life in different perspectives.
One day I learned an acupuncture point from my mother. This point helped take care off addictions. I had actually heard about it for a long time ago, considering that my sister attended an acupuncture school for a couple of years and taught it to my mom, who now attend the same school BTW. Well, anyway. I guess I didn’t use the point before because it felt like too simple off a sollution for something so controlling as nicotine. But I came to my senses and started rubbing my nose tip for about 20 minutes a day. It would be foolish off me to not choose the easy way out in this case, I felt.
Sounds kinda wierd when I say it like that. hehe. As if the nose is a lamp that which is rubbed you can quit habbits
Never the less, It worked after a while. This point is called “Su liao” in chinese, I don’t know the translation. It gives best effect if you stick a needle in the middle of the nosetip, but works also with rubbing. I taught early in the process how to use needles propperly, so I used them.
Don’t think that after just one session you will be cured. The thought behind the treatments are that you should continue treatment for one month pr. year you have been, for example, smoking cigarettes. So if you have been smoking for 5 years, its regular to keep treating it for 5 months. But it is not like this for everyone. I just did this for a few weeks, and that was enough for me. Remember this works on all types of addictions.
Truth be told, I had also began reading up on Jose Silva and the Silva Method. This is a thought method that connects you to the nature of the Universe, much like “the Secret”, but I would say that it is more advanced and covers farr more grounds with the “power of thought” concept. I can’t say that it didn’t influence the rehab process, but I never focused consciously on quitting anything like that while executing the Silva exorcises.
I hope you find the “Su liao” acupuncture point as usefull as I did. Remember to not use needles if you are completly new to this area of medicine. It is safer to rubb the tip of your nose for about 20 minutes a day:)
